Bruce "The Moose" Merrell is primarily a self-taught artist. Born in 1961 in Pensacola, Florida, Bruce took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout his childhood, Bruce drew constantly influenced by his surroundings and other childhood activities. Years of artistic expression made it clear that Bruce's life would be centered upon his passion for art. After high school, Bruce served four years in the Army as specialized Infantry, all the while saving money for art school. He attended The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale where he studied various aspects of fine art as well as advertising design. Bruce has been a professional artist for over 20 years. He applies his talent working on projects for various Theme Parks as well as private and corporate customers.
He lives in Central Florida with his wife and three artistically talented children.
